Plenty of clouds to start the week
More snow possible by midweek
QUAD CITIES, Iowa/Ill. (KWQC) -- Mainly cloudy conditions are expected this afternoon with patchy areas of fog and flurries possible Temperatures will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s with a west wind 5-10 mph.
Clouds hang tight for much of the work week. We are tracking the potential for light snow Tuesday night into Wednesday. Right now the heavy snow will take place in central and southern Illinois, with 1-3″ possible here locally, especially from the Quad Cities and points southeast.
Flurries will be possible Thursday with more light snow possible Friday, followed by colder temperatures into the weekend and next week.
